Frequently asked questions
How does Buyary decide what products to feature?
Buyary doesn’t take payments to push products. Instead, we feature products based on three factors:
1. Consumer Interest & Relevance – We highlight products that shoppers are actively searching for and talking about across the web.
2. Data Coverage & Signal Quality – Products with rich sentiment data—expert reviews, shopper feedback, and social conversations—are prioritized, because they allow us to generate reliable Buyary Scores.
3. Category Breadth & Utility – We aim to cover a wide range of categories, from everyday essentials to considered purchases, so Buyary feels useful whether you’re buying a stroller, sneakers, or an espresso machine.

We are a product company. Can we suggest a different score?
Buyary Scores are are independent. Our goal is to keep the system unbiased and trusted by shoppers. That said, we know brands sometimes feel a score doesn’t reflect the full picture. We provide a transparent path for feedback:
• Submit context or data – If you believe a score is based on incomplete or misleading information (for example, outdated reviews, misclassified ingredients, or limited sample size), you can submit supporting details.
• Independent review – Our system re-checks the inputs against multiple sources. If the data truly shifts, the score will update automatically—always based on evidence, not preference.
